Lauris Alekseyev is the chief, who is well-known in Latvia, he has the experience of 16 years in the catering industry. The work experience of Lauris Alekseyev began in the Jurmala well-known restaurant „Orients” in the August of the year 1991. Later the unforgettable experience in the restaurant Vincents followed, which chief and the proprietor is Martinsh Ritinsh /Mārtiņš Rītiņš/. For the perfect cookery mastering, the work in the confectionary company Merry Baker /Jautrais Maiznieks/ followed, in which the confectioner’s and baker’s profession was mastered. Later on the intensive half year work without days off followed in the Far eastern shipping company on the passenger ship, where he worked as the chief deputy. From the year of 1999, when he began to work in Hotel Ridzene, there emerged the possibility to deepen himself in the wings of the cookery masterpieces and to serve the different guests and the presidents of the different states on the highest level. At the same time, while working in Hotel Ridzene, the tables were laid for the largest Latvian companies. For example, the banquet of the Swedbank clients for 1500 persons in Mezhotne palace 2 years in succession and the organization of the catering for the NATO summit in the Olympic center. Since the year of 1999 the experience is regularly acquired in the best restaurants of the world, as well as the participation was taken in the international competitions of the chefs (in the year of 2007 in the competition of the Baltic Culinary Star he has got the silver medal in the nomination the Black box). |
